Our Blessed Mother's School of PrayerThe Holy Rosary begins with the 'Apostles Creed,' on the crucifx. This prayer is is important since it not only outlines the basis of our Christian belief, but said with meaning it is a personal affirmation of ones faith which is why Satan hates this so much. The Holy Rosary is not only meditative, but it is also Biblical because it is set around the life of Christ and Eucharitic because the 'Our Father,' 'Hail Mary,' & 'Glory Be,' have connections to the Most Holy Trinity. Therefore when you hold the Holy Rosary in your hand you hold the faith of the Church . 
Have you ever felt that the Rosary is monotenous? If the answer is yes, then it may be that you are saying the Rosary too quickly. One way to access how quickly you are praying is to ensure that you can hear the words of the prayers and try to say them with meaning just as if you are talking face to face with Our Lady. Afterall you would not talk to anyone at a fast speed as they may be insulted so why speak to Jesus and Our Lady like that! When the Rosary is said with meaning it stops being said and starts to be prayed, when this happens the whole experience and feeling of this devotion starts to change into a more powerful experience. Our Lady's insistance that we pray the Rosary everyday not only shows her understanding of our frailty in trying to keep our commitment to make time for this devotion but it also says something about her frustration between her understanding our frailty and at the same time wanting to bring us closer to her son. Afterall shw is our Mother and like any Mother wants the very best for her children. Our Lady is very concerned for our spiritual health and the prayer she gave at Fatima, to be said at the end of each decade amplifies this concern, especially with regard to those most in danger of going to Hell:- "O my Jesus, forgive us our sins. Save us from the fire of Hell and lead all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Thy mercy." Prayer is a sacrifice of ones time with God and for the Rosary to have real meaning in ones life it also needs time for contemplation on each of the mysteries. The best way to do this is to read the Biblical text from a Rosary prayer book, there are many on the market and each gives a prayer for the devotee to ask for a particular grace which is attached to each mystery. It is only through careful meditation that we can walk through the life of Jesus, holding Our Blessed Mother's hand and if this is done on a daily basis then Jesus values will make a home in the heart of the devotee and this is why the Rosary is the weapon against Satan. To pray the Rosary takes time and perseverance which is what makes it a penitential prayer. In devoting our lives to praying the Rosary daily we not only obtain Graces for oursleves but also for others which can have a positive effect on the world to the extent of bringing about peace, which is why there is a connection between the praying of the Rosary and the end of the war in the above message. The following statement from Sr. Lucia shows her faith in the power of the Rsoary:-
"There is no problem I tell you, no matter how difficult it is, that we cannot resolve by the prayer of the Holy Rosary.”
“With the Holy Rosary, we will save ourselves, we will sanctify ourselves, we will console Our
Lord and obtain the salvation of many souls.” -
